The Congolese Community of NSW is committed to free, fair, and transparent leadership elections that promote consultation, inclusiveness, and broad participation by all members of the community. Through democratic general elections, the community ensures that its leaders are elected by and accountable to its members. Guided by unity, integrity, and collective responsibility, the community strives for success, prosperity, and the advancement of the social, cultural, and economic wellbeing of Congolese people across New South Wales.

Through leadership, community engagement, and mentorship, they support integration, empower families, and pass on cultural values to future generations.
